Guidelines for students regarding M.Com Part – I Online Admission

Online Admissions for M.Com is available.

  1. Online admission will start from 24 / 11 /2020.
  2. Students who have passed B.Com in all subjects are eligible for admission to M.Com Part – I Class (As per Merit List)
  3. The Students seeking admission to M.Com Part – I have to fill online Pre – Admission form from 24th November 2020 to 27th November 2020 till 6pm.
  4. The online admission process aims to avoid crowd of students during this pandemic. Therefore students are requested to utilize the facility as it has been provided for your own convenience.
  5. Student must register using email id (Gmail). Get the account activated from link sent by the system on registered email id.
  6. Student should login to fill in pre-admission form. Preserve the login id and password for further process.
  7. The admission form must be properly filled in all respects and upload all the necessary documents.
  8. After the furnishing all the information upload last qualifying mark sheet, Leaving Certificate (if applicable), Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  9. Wait till the online verification of document from the college authority / office (approximately 2 working days).
  10. Important documents to be uploaded:

a) Scanned PDF of the Marksheet

b) Upload scanned PDF of the Transfer Certificate (TC) (if necessary)

c) Upload document related to Category and special category (if necessary)

d) Upload scanned migration certificate if necessary.

e) In case of educational gap – Affidavit should be submitted.

  1. After the verification from the college authority / office, that pre-admission form will be considered for preparation of merit list.
  2. Merit list (Subject wise) will be displayed on 28th November 2020 at 2pm

 

Note: After successfully submitting the pre admission form, students can download an Acknowledgement receipt of the submission after details are verified by the college.

Instructions for MCom-II Admission

Instructions for M.Com Students

The student should fill the online admission form from 1st October 2020 to 6th October 2020 till 5pm along with their requisite fees as mentioned below through NEFT or RTGS.

If the student fails to take admission till 6th October 2020 his/her claim for admission will automatically cancelled.

Online Admission Process

  1. Create a Gmail id in following format

  2. Activation link will be sent to your Gmail id
  3. Using that link Activate your registration
  4. Login using your username and password
  5. Fill-up the online admission form.
  6. As per the government rules and regulations, when the college reopens, the student will have to submit the required documents failing which the admission will stands automatically cancelled.

  7. Upload the following document:
  • Screenshot of successful fees payment with UTR code or Transaction id. (it is compulsory to upload this online fees payment receipt)

  2. If the students fail to submit relevant fees concession / scholarship form, or if his/her form gets rejected from the government, then he / she will have to pay fees as per the open category.

  3. College authority / College admission committee reserves the rights to deny admission in case of any discrepancy, invalid information or false documents given by the applicant.

The student should fill the online admission form from 25th September 2020 to 29th September 2020 till 5pm along with their requisite fees as mentioned below through NEFT or RTGS.

If the student fails to take admission till 29th September 2020 his/her claim for admission will automatically cancelled.
