Online Admission Process

Steps to take admission (online payment) in B.Y.K College of Commerce B.Com., BBA, BBA(IB) BBA(CA) on 27th August 2021

Step 1 : Check your name and merit list number on https://bykcollege.com/ website. Proceed further only when your name is in the list.

Step 2 : Login with your registered email id https://admission.bykcollege.com/

Step 3 : Click on fees payment option from Dash board

Step 4 : Pay generated fee using online payment method. Until the payment is successful don’t use refresh / back button. Download the payment receipt and take a printout

Step 5 : Come to college along with all the listed documents, fill the admission form and submit it on or before 31st August 2 pm.

Guidelines for Admission

  1. The online admission process will start from 27th August 2021
  2. The students shall check the Merit list and note their merit number for admission process.
  3. Online admission for the course (BBA, BBA(IB) and BBA (CA) ) can be taken by filling admission form available in college and by paying mentioned fees.
  4. All the required authentic documents shall be attached to the admission form as mentioned in the list below.
  5. The student shall pay the online fees by using online payment gateway available on students admission login. Admission will be confirmed only after realization of payment.
  6. Admission will be given only to those who take admission within given time. Students cannot claim the admission after the due date.
  7. The students facing any difficulty/problem related to admission process shall contact on college landline (0253-2572520) / contact online help desk.

Guidelines for Admission

Students who have passed XII from BYK (Junior) College are eligible for admission to F.Y.B.Com. Class in B.Y.K (Senior) College, Nasik. (The index no of BYK is J1317002)

Students will have to collect their Mark sheet and Leaving Certificate from the college as mentioned in the schedule by the Junior College.

Students will get the admission to F.Y.B.Com. according to the Merit List published on the web site.

Students are required to fill up the Final-Admission form made available in the college for F.Y.B.Com. admission at the time of collection of mark sheet.

Students will have to pay the fees as shown in the online form through the payment gateway.

To pay the fees online, students should open their login from BYK Website (www.bykcollege.com)

Students will have to bring the hard copy fees paid receipt of the online payment.

Students will get their Mark Sheet of XII and Leaving Certificate from the college, as mentioned in the schedule displayed by the Junior college along with the photo copies(Xerox/photocopies) of the same.

In the same classroom students will get admission form from the college at the same time, they have to fill it and submit it to the clerk with all documents mentioned below. Professors will guide them in the same classroom for the admission procedure.

Students may choose the subjects as mentioned in the online admission form the admission committee online will allocate the subjects and divisions. The allocation of subjects will be finalized by the admission committee.

Note:

1. Admissions will be confirmed only if all of the above mentioned documents are submitted at the time of admission and realization of payments.

2. Those students who do not want to take admission in F.Y.B.Com at B.Y.K (senior) College are required to apply to BYK (junior) college office for Leaving certificate.

3. College authority / College admission committee reserves the rights to deny the admission in case of any discrepancy, invalid information or false documents given by the applicant.

Below Instructions applicable only for FYBCom admission Note:

1) First preference would be given to the students who have studied XII at B.Y.K. College. If seats remain vacant then the students from other College would be considered for the admission.

2) Vacant seats would be provided only to those students whose college is not facilitated with F.Y.B.Com course. So students should note that if their college provides the facility of F.Y.B.Com course, won’t be allowed to fill the online pre-admission form. (e.g.K.T.H.M. College, Bhonsala College , Nashik Road College, etc)

Guidelines for students regarding FYBBA/FYBBA(CA)/FYBBA(IB) Online Admission

  1. Online pre admission form will start from 4 / 08 /2021 to 10th August 2021
  2. The index no of BYK is  J1317002
  3. The Student seeking admission to FYBBA/FYBBA(I.B.)/FYBBA(C.A.), is required to fill only one pre admission form and give preference to the course on Priority. Admission will be given to the course on the basis of merit as per their preference. Hence students are required to give priority-wise preference for admission to the course of their choice i.e., F.Y.B.B.A./ FYB.B.A.(I.B.)/FYB.B.A.(C.A.) Merit list for the BBA,BBA(CA) and BBA(I.B.) shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained at the Std. XII Exam.

  4. The students who do not take admission in the given time will be liable for losing their claim for the admission and in any circumstances claims for admission will not be entertained thereafter.

  5. The online admission process aims to avoid crowd of students during this pandemic. Therefore students are requested to utilize the facility as it has been provided for your own convenience.

  1. Student must register using email id. Get the account activated from link sent by the system on registered email id.

  2. Student should login to fill in pre-admission form. Preserve the login id and password for further process.

  3. The admission form must be properly filled in all respects.

  4. After the furnishing all the information upload last qualifying mark sheet, Leaving Certificate (if applicable), Caste Certificate (if applicable).

  5. Wait till the verification of document from the college authority / office (approximately 2 working days)

  6. Duly filled admission forms are to be submitted after commencement of the college according to the schedule declared by the college as per the directives declared by the government.
  7. A. Students who wished to apply for concession under Reservation Category (SC/ST/OBC/VJ/NT/SBC) will have to fill online concession / scholarship form on https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/login/login approximately in the month of August/September or as per the instructions or guidelines issued by Government. If the students fail to submit relevant fee concession/scholarship form, he/she will have to pay the fees as per Open category student.

B. Students getting concession under EBC/PTW/STW/Freedom Fighter etc. will have to fill concession form as per the instructions issued by concerned authorities/at the time of joining the college. The details will be provided thereafter.

C. Student will have to pay the fees online, after getting their form approved by the concern authority.

11. Admission will be finalized only after the verification of the original document and realization of payment.

12. College Admission Committee/College Authority reserved rights to deny admission in case of any discrepancy, invalid information or false documentations given by the applicant.
