INNOVATION & STARTUP CELL.
A small minute idea leads to change.
The start up & innovation cell in the BYK College was inaugurated in the year 2021.
Dr. Prasad Kulkarni is the head of the Cell & Dr. Mrs. Kanchan Nikam is the coordinator of the cell.
Total 40 number of students are registered in the cell.
Students are oriented to this cell and are briefed about the working of the cell.
Activities conducted:
1) Start up Symphony to showcase the Talent with new ideas were conducted.
2) 4 students were deputed at SMRK BK AK MAHILA MAHAVIDYALAYA for inter institutional research paper competition and presented a research paper on :
Vertical and Horizontal Communication in fostering positive Industrial Relations.
3) 5 students were deputed to attend the seminar on Start Up and Intellect Property Rights.
4) 5 students prepared business plans related to innovative business ideas.
5) The Students from the cell are motivated to Participate in the Avishkar Research Competition.
6) 2 students were selected at University level Avishkar competition at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
The cell believes in continuous improvement and enlightenment of entrepreneurship skills.
